  • Exclusions: We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or U.S. territories at this time.

  • Flat Rate: We charge a simple flat shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders, regardless of package size or weight.

  • Promotions: Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly displayed on our website or sent via email.

3. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Daily Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) will begin processing the same business day.

  • After Hours: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the following business day.

  • Handling Time: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

4. Transit Time & Delivery

  • Estimated Transit Time: Once dispatched, orders typically take 2–4 business days to arrive at your destination.

  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated total time from order placement to delivery is 3–6 business days (Handling + Transit).

  • Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to update in the carrier's system.

6. Shipping Issues & Missing Packages

  • If you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately:

    • Tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days.

    • Your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it.

    • Items arrive damaged during transit.

  • If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of shipment, please reach out to our support team for a replacement or refund.
